Maison Yen is a fully vegetarian catering house serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin, built by two hospitality veterans who believe plant-forward food should feel like a celebration, never a compromise.

A menu that never feels like a compromise

Our kitchen draws on seven culinary traditions — Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, and California farm-to-table. No processed meat substitutes and no deep fryers; just seasonal produce and real technique. Signature dishes include our golden Portobello Mushroom Katsu with house tonkatsu sauce, Miso-Glazed Kabocha Squash with forest mushrooms and toasted walnut, Taiwanese Three-Cup King Oyster Mushroom with basil, and Sichuan Mapo Tofu. Start with a conversation about your date, venue, guest count, and vision. We design a proposal around your event rather than handing you a fixed package, schedule a tasting so you can experience the food before you commit, and finalize every dietary accommodation — vegan, gluten-free, and allergies included — so no guest is an afterthought.
