Together they bring more than twenty years of combined experience across fine dining, hospitality, and live events, spanning Taipei, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The company was born the way the best things are: Victoria fell in love with Avissh, embraced a vegetarian life soon after, and together they set out to prove that vegetarian dining could be the most extraordinary table in the room.

Victoria is the creative force behind every dish and every station at Maison Yen. Her culinary career has carried her from Taipei to Los Angeles to Las Vegas — from private catering to café concepts — gathering the flavors of seven cuisines along the way. After meeting Avissh, she embraced a vegetarian life, and made it her mission to cook vegetarian food so beautiful and so satisfying that guests never feel they have given anything up. Victoria personally designs every menu, cooks at intimate dinners herself, and leads a trusted team of chefs for larger celebrations. With an imaginative palate and an eye for the extraordinary, she ensures every plate is fully vegetarian, deeply flavorful, and unmistakably hers.

Avissh designs everything that happens around the food — the wine, sake, and spirit pairings, the bar, the music, and the dancing that turns a dinner into an evening. An entrepreneur and hospitality builder, and the founder of a Latin dance studio, he has a natural instinct for atmosphere and celebration. Avissh curates each event's beverage program and entertainment, oversees client relationships and the business behind every booking, and approaches even the most ambitious evenings with energy, warmth, and an eye for the moments guests never forget. Where Victoria perfects the plate, Avissh perfects the experience.
