Winter plates carry the season beautifully: Miso-Glazed Kabocha squash with forest mushrooms, golden Portobello Mushroom Katsu, Taiwanese Three-Cup King Oyster Mushroom, Indian-spiced roasted cauliflower, and Mediterranean grilled eggplant, finished with black sesame pudding or our hand-layered matcha Baumkuchen. Everything is built from whole vegetables and made fresh, so the menu never leans on packaged stand-ins.
